Dan Kirk, The Juggler With The Yellow Shoes, provides educational assemblies in schools throughout the school year. Dan presents most of his school assemblies in Illinois and Wisconsin. He has traveled and spoken to students in Arizona, Iowa, Indiana, Ohio, Georgia, Texas, Nebraska, and Michigan as well. He’d love to come visit you. Dan has been providing fun, quality, educational assemblies across the Midwest since 1993. Dan combines super fun entertainment to hold student’s attention so Dan can deliver an effective educational program.
Dan is an entertainer and speaker rolled into one memorable package. Dan’s most popular educational assembly program over the past several years is his STOP Bullying program.He offers programs for elementary school groups, middle school groups and even high school groups. Dan has a STOP Bullying presentation for the elementary level and for the middle school/junior high school level.
Along with the fun and juggling that Dan will do in each unique program, Dan will tell personal and true stories about bullying. He’ll also share some bullying facts. Dan will get the students involved by asking questions that they can answer if they desire to share with everyone. He’ll also use audience participation and a few lucky volunteers. (Dan will not pick on adults, staff or principals in his program. So sit back and relax without the fear of unnecessary embarrassment.) Dan will teach the students what to do if they see bullying and what to do if they are bullied. And the students will help define bullying along with coming up with reason as to why bullies bully.
Dan’s STOP Bullying program is approximately 45 minutes long for elementary groups and 55 minutes long for middle school groups. If time allows Dan can offer a few minutes for Q & A.
Dan will bring along everything he needs to provide and awesome program including: prop table, props, microphones, sound system, speakers, back drop, etc. Dan would like electricity and a chair. Dan likes to make it easy for you.
